    Pursuant to the provisions of article 113 para. (4) and article 11.114, para. (9) and (10) of the code of education of the Republic of Moldova nr. 152 of 17 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, nr. 319-324, art. 634), for the purpose of enforcing the provision of point 7.2.1. subpct 1 of the action plan for the implementation of the strategy for reform of the justice sector for the years 2011-2016, approved by the decision of Parliament no. 6 of 16 February 2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, nr. 109-112, article 371) and on the basis of the assessment carried out by Estonian Foreign Agency of quality assurance in higher education and professional Government DECIDES: 1. Approving the list of educational institutions: higher with accredited programs of higher education (graduate studies) in the field of Law in accordance with Annex 1;
List of higher education institutions who are deprived of organizing programmes of higher education (graduate studies) in the field of law, according to the annex 2.
2. higher education institutions with accredited master's degree programs will implement the recommendations set out in the reports of the external evaluation, and the National Agency for quality assurance in Education Professional will monitor the implementation of recommendations by the higher education institutions, according to the external evaluation.
3. The Ministry of education will take account of the results of external budgetary apportionment of seats in the registration and approval of new programmes of higher education (graduate studies) in the field of law.
