approving the methodological Kit on the drafting, approval and amendment of the budget

(1) (a). l) and art. 85 c) of the law of public finances and budgetary-fiscal responsibility no. 181 from 25.07.2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 223-230, art. 519) and pursuant to section 6 para. (2) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (4) Government decision No. 1265 of 14 November 2008 on the regulation of the activity of the Ministry of Finance "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, # 208-209, art. 1278), with amendments and additions to ORDON subsequent: 1. Approving the methodological Kit on the drafting, approval and amendment of the budget, in accordance with the annex.
2. Central and local public authorities: a) and will carry out activities within their responsibility, in accordance with the budgetary calendar;
b) will approve or, if necessary, will bring the regulatory acts governing the Organization of the process of preparing, approving and amending budget within public authorities, in line with this Set;
c) shall ensure that the duties and responsibilities set out in this methodology are included in job descriptions and objectives of persons responsible;
d) will provide specialized training in budgeting.
3. This order:-will be implemented starting January 1, 2016;
-to be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Ministry.
4. With the implementation of this order are hereby repealed: (a) the Minister of Finance) order No. 94 of 31.12.2004 about approving the special assets management of the budgetary authorities/institutions (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, 39-41 art. 125), with subsequent amendments and additions;
(b) the Minister of Finance) order No. 187 from approving 24.12.2013 on how monitoring and reporting of budgets on programs (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 13, 312-314, art. 1922), with subsequent amendments and additions;
(c) the Minister of Finance) order No. 172 of 16.12.2014 concerning approving the expenditure estimates of the distribution of budgetary institutions and local budgets (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 386-396, 1904);
(d) the Minister of Finance) order No. 191 of 31.12.2014 approving the methodological Kit on the drafting, approval and amendment of the budget.
