The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I.-Article 211 of the law nr. 231 of 23 September 2010 on trade (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, nr. 206-209, art. 27), with subsequent amendments, shall be added to paragraph 4 with the following contents: "(4) the date of the vendor's payment to the vendor for perishable foodstuffs easily contracted and supplied shall be established within the framework of the negotiation of the contract, but it cannot be more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products by the vendor."
Art. II.-amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova nr. 218-XVI dated October 24, 2008 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no.4-6, art. 15), as amended in effect, is modified and completed as follows: 1. Article 273, paragraph 5) will have the following content: "5) breach of time limits for payment of bills to purchase easily perishable foodstuffs is sanctioned, the trader, with a fine of from 50 to 100 conventional units in case of a physical person with fine from 200 to 400 conventional units in case of a legal person. "
2. In article 402 (1), after the words "art. 263 para. (1), (3) to (8), "insert text" art. 273 para. (5),”.
Art. III.-(1) ongoing Contracts whose deadlines and conditions are contrary to the provisions of this law will be modified accordingly, within 60 days after the date of entry into force of this law.
(2) to verify the conduct of trade relations among merchant and supplier representatives of institutions subordinated to the Ministry of finance may request all the documents which are the basis of this relationship.
(3) this law shall enter into force 30 days after the date of publication.
