Take note of the draft decision of the Association of the Republic of Moldova-European Union meeting in the pattern of trade concerning the establishment of the list of arbitrators referred to in article 404 (1) of the agreement establishing an association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, and the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the other part, signed in Brussels on 27 June 2014.
2. Approves the signing of the Association decision of the Republic of Moldova-European Union meeting in the pattern of trade concerning the establishment of the list of arbitrators referred to in article 404 (1) of the agreement establishing an association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, and the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the other part, signed in Brussels on 27 June 2014.
