    The Government DECIDES: Government decision No. 77 of 25 January 2013 "on reorganization of the State Enterprise" Center for accreditation in the field of conformity assessment of products "(Official Gazette of the RM, no. 13, 22-25, art. 117) shall read as follows: 1) in clause issue, after the words" the 136) "shall be inserted the words", as amended and supplemented, ";
2) in regulation on organisation and functioning of the public institution "the National Accreditation Centre of the Republic of Moldova (MOLDAC): a) in paragraph 11, ' para. (1) "and" paragraph 1. (2) "are excluded, and after the words" article 14 "insert text", article 141 para. (10) and (11) ";
b) in point 14, of "-numbering), b), c), (d))" shall be replaced with "-numbering 1), 2), 3), (4))";

d) in section 16, the words "shall establish, on the basis of the public, the Board of accreditation" shall be replaced with the words ' Accreditation Board is established, which is an advisory body on public databases and whose decisions were binding recommendation ";
e) point 17 shall read as follows: ' 17. The Accreditation Board has the following duties: 1) shall examine and put forward proposals relating to the policies and rules of accreditation;
2) examine and put forward proposals relating to the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure;
3) shall examine and put forward proposals relating to accounting and report revenues and losses and, where necessary, may require financial audits;
4) monitors and ensures the impartiality and objectivity in the process of accreditation;
5) shall examine and put forward proposals relating to the regulation of the Commission of appeal;
6) examine and put forward proposals relating to the regulation of technical committees;
7 international organizations) recommended that expert which must work with National Accreditation;
8) promotes accreditation and inform society regarding accreditation;
9) examine and put forward proposals relating to the list of reference standards and European and international organisations, which establish general criteria and rules in the field of accreditation and conformity assessment.
3) the annex to Regulation: a) in paragraph 10, the words "after the decision of accreditation" shall be replaced with the text "After granting accreditation";
b) point 18 shall read as follows: "18. Conditions for suspension or withdrawal of restraining the recognition of conformity assessment bodies shall be established by the regulation.
1) Regulation Authority shall suspend the recognition in the following cases: a) at the request of the conformity assessment body recognized;
b) if conformity assessment body recognized was suspended accreditation in accordance with the decision of suspension of accreditation adopted and presented by the National Accreditation Centre;
c) If, by a decision of the Authority's regulatory functions, have been found to misuse the status of conformity assessment body recognized (including in connection with incorrect references to the certification system, certified from marks, as well as with those in advertising, catalogs, etc.);
d) if in respect of the conformity assessment body has been issued the conclusion of court proceedings concerning entry into bankruptcy under the insolvency law No. 148 of 29 June 2012 or if it was open winding-up proceedings in accordance with the civil code, in both cases under the extract from the State Register of legal persons.
2) Regulation Authority restricted the recognition in the following cases: a) at the request of the conformity assessment body recognized;
b) if conformity assessment body recognized not demonstrated competency for a part of the field of accredited, according to the decision of accreditation, restraining adopted and presented by the National Accreditation Centre.
3) Regulation Authority withdraws recognition under the following cases: a) at the request of the conformity assessment body recognized;
b) if conformity assessment body recognized i withdrew accreditation in accordance with the decision of withdrawal of accreditation adopted and presented by the National Accreditation Centre;
c) if conformity assessment body recognized ceased as a result of radiation from the State Register of legal persons.
c) item 20: the menu item 5), the word "only" is excluded;
to be completed with the menu item 51) with the following content: "51) accreditation recognition of certificates issued by national accreditation bodies signatories to the multilateral recognition agreement with the European cooperation for accreditation, who successfully argued the level of assessments counterparts";
menu item 6) shall read as follows: "6) informing the National Accreditation Centre within 5 working days of the adoption of the decision granting, extension, suspension, suspension lift, restraining or withdraw recognition of the conformity assessment body's times about the demotion, recognition, motivation/deletion";
to be completed with the menu item 7) with the following content: "7) informing the National Accreditation Centre within 5 working days of adopting its decision regarding the recognition of conformity assessment bodies accredited by national accreditation bodies signatories to the multilateral recognition agreement with the European cooperation for accreditation";
21 d): menu item 6) shall read as follows: "6) publishing and maintaining the register of 2301 HOURS recognized web page of MOLDAC";
menu item 7) is excluded;
the menu item 8), after the word "concerning" insert the words "the grant, refusal, suspension, lifting of the suspension, restricting the withdrawal";
the menu item 9), the word "notification" shall be replaced with the word "informing";
the menu item 10) is excluded.
the menu item 11), the words "the implementation of" shall be replaced with the word "informing";
to be completed with the menu item 13) with the following content: "13) informing regulatory authority within five working days of the receipt of any decision for the purpose of accreditation the recognition received from a granting, continuation of 2301 HOURS, extension, suspension, lifting of the suspension or withdrawal of accreditation, the restraint".
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Ministry of economy.
