Published: 12.08.2016 in Official Gazette No. 256-264 art Nr: 1043 in order execution. 23 letter a) and b) of law No. 267-XIII of 9 November 1994 on fire protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, no. 15-16, art. 144), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve the classification of objectives of public danger of fire, explosion and fire-works, services in the field of defence against fire for which it is mandatory to obtain the opinion of defense against fires and firefighting in conducting activities (attach).
2. administrators of the objectives: to follow the training course in the field of fire safety through specialized programs with an attestation of the professional and Technical Service of civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
will ensure the annual testing of smoke and/or ventilation channels, ventilation systems, electrical installations and appliances burning gaseous fuels and other types of fuel, with the corresponding act of getting from certified experts in the field.
3. The opinion of defense against fires and firefighting in conducting activities will be valid during the validity of the authorization.
