Pursuant to article 1. 1 (1). (1), art. 3, art. "". (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2), art. 8 lit. g) and lit. t), art. 21. (1), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2), art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), paragraph 7.3. lit. q) and item 10.1 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the National Commission for financial market, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 48/5 from 27.09.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 157-160, art. 587), item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the regulation on the attestation of specialists professional financial market participants from non-bank, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 44/5 from 19.09.2008 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no. 34-36, art. 118), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: i. it approves the composition of the boards of professional attestation of specialists from financial market participants non-banking: a) the Committee on attestation of specialists in the securities field: 1. Nina DOSCA-Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Commission for financial market, Chairman of the attestation;
2. Felicia MACIAC-specialist, regulatory approval and Direction of professional participants within the Directorate General Securities Supervisory Commission, Secretary of proof;
3. Vladimir RUSNAC-director of the Directorate General securities supervisory authority;
4. Ludmila COBZARI-doctor, Associate Professor (docent), Academy of economic studies of Moldova;
5. Ana SUHOVICI ANA-PhD, Professor, Academy of economic studies of Moldova.
b) attestation Committee of Actuaries: 1. Karen Fahie-Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Commission for financial market, Chairman of the attestation;
2. Daniela GUZUN-inspector, direction, monitoring statistics and actuarial sciences under the supervision of the General insurance, Accreditation Commission Secretary;
3. Svetlana LUPAŞCU-director general insurance supervision Directorate;
4. Association President Dhiren-of actuarial sciences of Moldova;
ZAMBIŢCHI Dumitru-5, doctor, Associate Professor (docent), Academy of economic studies of Moldova.
c) attestation Committee of savings and loan associations: 1. Aurica DOINA-member of the Board of Directors of the National Commission for financial market, Chairman of the attestation;
2. Lahrichi-inspector regulatory oversight, direction, and savings and loan associations within the Directorate General for collective investments and microfinance, the Accreditation Commission Secretary;
3. Alina CEBOTARIOV-director of the Directorate General for collective investments and microfinance;

II. Members of the boards of specialists professional financial market participants ' non-bank call for a term of 2 years.
III. The decision shall be repealed the National Commission of financial market nr. 38/14 from 08.08.2013 "approving the composition of the boards of professional attestation of specialists from financial market participants non-banking" (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 13, 177-182, art. 5).
IV. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
