After examining the application for authorisation of the company having a register of joint-stock Company "Financial Group" (str. Armeneasca, 55, mun. Chisinau, 1002600054323), on WHOSE BEHALF under article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 140 paragraph 1. (1) of law No. 11.07.2012 171 from "capital market" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 193-197, 665), section 128, paragraph 129, paragraph 134 and item 135 of the regulation on the licensing and authorization of capital market, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 56/11 of 14.11.2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 1-10, art. 11), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES : 1. reperfectează authorization to register company of joint-stock Company "Financial Group" No. 0001, issued on December 31, 2014, valid until 22 January 2020 by changing the legal address str. Armeneasca, 55, mun. Chisinau, str. Ismail 88/1, mun. Chisinau, with the release of a new form of authorisation.
2. It is recognized invalid authorization form No. 0001, previously issued shares of the company's "Financial Group".
3. the fee for the keeping of the authorization in the amount of 500 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the General securities supervisory authority.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
