approving the framework regulation on the organisation and operation of the service of assistance and protection of victims of trafficking in human beings and minimum quality standards



Published: 15.01.2016 in Official Gazette No. 2-12 art Nr: 5 for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of law No. 241-XVI of 20 October 2005 on the prevention and combating of trafficking in human beings (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr. 164-167, article 812) with modifricările and supplemented the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve: the framework regulation on the Organization and operation of the service of assistance and protection of victims of trafficking in human beings, according to the annex 1;
Minimum quality standards for assistance and protection of victims of trafficking in human beings, according to the annex 2.
2. Service providers for assistance and protection of victims of trafficking in human beings will approve its own rules of organization and functioning on the basis of the framework regulation and on the basis of nominated minimum quality standards.
3. expenditure relating to the organisation and functioning of protection and support to victims of trafficking in human beings and the applicability of minimum quality Standards will be borne by the service providers and will be carried out within the limits of the allocations laid down annually in the respective budgets and of the means coming from donations, grants and other sources, as required by law.
4. Service providers will present their National Coordination Unit of the national referral system within the Ministry of labour, social protection and family and social structure and territorial annual progress report on the results obtained until 31 January of the year following the year of discharge.
5. the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers shall abrogate some, according to the annex 3.
6. control of the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Ministry of labour, social protection and family.
