RECORDED: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova nr. 1089 of 14 December 2015 Minister _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Vladimir GONCALVES in order execution (4) subpct. 2) and item 7 subpct. 2) of Government decision No. 717 of 29 august 2014 "Concerning Government platform registers and permissive documents (PGRAP)" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 261-267, 765), I HEREBY ORDER: 1. The agreement is hereby approved type for the use of government records and platform acts permissive (PGRAP), annex.
2. The State Chancellery, Ministries, other central administrative authorities subordinate to the Government and organisational structures within the scope of their competent (administrative authorities responsible for public services in the devolved and subordinates, as well as public institutions, ministries, the State Chancellery or other central administrative authority of the founder), autonomous public institutions, as well as legal persons governed by private law providing public services within the limits of the powers prescribed by law and which contain information systems will conclude with a public Institution "Centre for E-Government (E-Government)" agreements concerning the use of platform Government registers and permissive documents (PGRAP), on the basis of the type approved under this order.
3. It is recommended that the public authorities and other legal persons governed by private law, than to those specified in paragraph 2, to conclude with a public Institution "Centre for E-Government (E-Government)" agreements concerning the use of platform registers and permissive documents (PGRAP), on the basis of the type approved under this order.
4. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of the State Chancellery. This order comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
