Pursuant to article 1, art. 9 para. (1) (a). n), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. In annex 2 to the Decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 4/1 of 01.02.2013 "on some measures for the termination of the liquidation of professional activity on the securities market held previously by some participants professionals" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova , 2013, no.27-30, art. 120) "turn" Inconarm "JSC, 10 depository (collectively)" is excluded.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
