Published: 15.01.2016 in Official Gazette No. 2-12 art Nr: 30 on 9 November 2015, "EUROSHOW GRUP" SRL presented at the CCA "Declaration on honour with respect to ensuring transparency of ownership". According to it, the beneficial owner is S. DANIELYAN, who owns the share of 5400 lei, constituting 100%.
It should be mentioned that article. 3521 of the penal code of the Republic of Moldova provides for a penalty for "False statements", namely "inappropriate Statement of truth, a competent body with a view to producing legal consequences for himself or for a third person, except when the law or circumstances to produce such declaration serves wreaking, is punishable by a fine of up to 600 conventional units or by imprisonment of up to 1 year with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or to exercise a certain activity for a period of up to 5 years ".
At the same time, the media appeared in an interview with the leader of our party "political views", Renato USATÎI, in which he argues that he is the true owner of the television station "RU TV Moldova". Proceeding from the above-mentioned, the audiovisual Coordinating Council has been in touch with the United States Agency for Declaration on honour with respect to ensuring transparency of ownership presented by "EUROSHOW GRUP" SRL, the founder of television station "RU TV Moldova", and invited to the CCA Meeting administrator and the founder of the enterprise with a view to evaluating the correctness of data entered in the statement of the nominee.
During the meeting, the representative of the public enterprise "EUROSHOW GRUP" SRL, the founder of television station "RU TV Moldova", stated that the beneficial owner is S. DANIELYAN, respectively, in the Declaration on honour with respect to ensuring transparency of ownership were not included erroneous data. As a result, members of the CCA were taking note of the statements made by the representative of the enterprise "EUROSHOW GRUP" SRL, the founder of television station "RU TV Moldova".
In accordance with the provisions of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, status, approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and the criminal code, the CCA DECIDES: 1. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction and legal regulations.
2. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
