Pursuant to article 1. 98 para. (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Moldovan President d e c r e t e z: article 1. Mr. Pavel FILIP is designated as a candidate for the post of Prime Minister and is authorised to draw up the work schedule and a list of Government and present it to Parliament for consideration.
Article 2.-This Decree shall enter into force on the date of signature.
