Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. a), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET:

1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 transferable securities in accordance with the statement of the results of the additional issue of shares in the public limited Company "BS-LEASING GRUP (str. Petru Rareș, 36. Chisinau, 1003600077220) on WHOSE BEHALF worth 2432400 lei in number of ordinary nominative shares 24324 with nominal value of 100 lei with the State registration number MD14GINA1004 at the expense of money.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of the public limited Company:-"sense-P" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1004600017874) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 200 with the State registration number MD14SENS1004 as a result of the liquidation;
-Limited Company "SEVIR" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003600125833) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 21000 with the State registration number MD14EVSR1005 as a result of the liquidation;
-Limited Company "ATLANT" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1008609002134) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 28745 with the State registration number MD14LANT1004 as a result of the liquidation.
2. this decision shall enter into force in accordance with article 4. 22 of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market".
