I. On 23 December 2015 Î.M. "TELEDIXI" Ltd. as the founding of the station with broadcasting program services on terrestrial radio "Mega CTC" SC "REAL RADIO" SRL CCA requested by letter no. 12/63 of 21 December 2015 transfer of the broadcasting license Series AA no. 082 542 of 12.05.2011, TV channels: Channel 26 - Chisinau, Channel 44 - Basarabeasca, Channel 49 - Falesti, Channel 53 - Sofia, Channel 27 - Căinari, Channel 36 - Hincesti, Channel 37 - Cantemir, Channel 47 - Glodeni Channel 53 - Nisporeni, Channel 57 - Telenesti, from Î.M. "TELEDIXI" SRL SC "REAL RADIO" SRL with issuing the broadcasting license for the station with broadcasting services on terrestrial radio programs "CTC Mega".
Transferor to the transferee to ensure the provision of equipment and technical equipment necessary to broadcast the program service and the transferee assumes all duties related to the broadcasting license.
II. On 23 December 2015 the "MEDIA INTERNATIONAL-tion" SRL, as the founder of the TV station to broadcast a program service by terrestrial radio and satellite "Super TV" and SC "REAL RADIO" SRL requested the Coordinating Council Broadcasting by letter no. 10/32 of 21 December 2015 broadcasting license transfer AC series no. 000003 from 13.10.2009, TV channels: Channel 26 - Amsterdam, Channel 38 - Basarabeasca, Channel 25 - Ceadîr Lunga, Channel 46 - Balti, Channel 51 - Căuşeni, Channel 33 - Floreşti, Canal 25 - Leova, Channel 41 - Ocnita Channel 51 - Orhei; Satellite coordinates - EUTELSAT 16A, Orbital position - 16º E; Geographic coordinates - E5153 28, 47N0329; Frequency emission - 14209.65 MHz; Reception frequency - 12709.65 MHz; RIP maximum - 17 dBW; The bandwidth of the signal - 6.2 MHz, the "MEDIA INTERNATIONAL" SRL, SC "REAL RADIO" SRL, issuing broadcasting license for television station broadcast a program service by terrestrial radio and satellite "Super TV ".
Transferor to the transferee to ensure the provision of equipment and technical equipment necessary to broadcast the program service and the transferee assumes all duties related to the broadcasting license.
In accordance with Art. 23, 26, 27 and 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute BCC art. 18, 19, 25, 28 of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and documents submitted by the abovementioned enterprises, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council DECIDED

1. To approve the request for the transfer no. 12/63 from 21. 12.2015 broadcasting license Series AA no. 082 542 from 12.05.2011, the Î.M. "TELEDIXI" SRL SC "REAL RADIO" SRL with issuing the broadcasting license for the station with broadcasting services on terrestrial radio programs "CTC Mega" (PRO - (8) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery, VICOL D., M. ONCEANU-Hadirca).

"TELEDIXI" SRL SC "REAL RADIO" SRL, issuing broadcasting license for television station broadcast a program service by terrestrial radio and satellite "Super TV" (PRO - (8) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery, VICOL D., M. ONCEANU-Hadirca).
2.1. Approved a general concept for the program service station "Super TV" as follows:

22.5% in March. Broadcasting licenses: Series AA no. 082 542 of 12.05.2011 issued Î.M. "TELEDIXI" SRL television station to broadcast services on terrestrial radio programs "CTC Mega" and no AC series. 000003 from 13.10.2009, the company released "MEDIA INTERNATIONAL" SRL, television station with broadcasting program services on terrestrial radio and satellite "Super TV", were declared invalid.
4. For broadcasting licenses, SC "REAL RADIO" LLC will pay a fee of 650 lei.
May. Those modifications will be entered in the Register of licensing.
