Published: 22.01.2016 in the Official Gazette No. 13-19 art Nr: 72 by decision No. 192 of 3 December 2013, CCA has been summed up the contest for the selection of projects of audiovisual programmes, to provide financial resources for the Fund for the support of broadcasters and the broadcasters allocated participants money for proposed projects.
By decision No. 194 from 18.12.2014, CCA has been summed up the results of the programmes carried out by the broadcasters of audiovisual projects which were selected by the CCA Decision nr. 192 of 3 December 2013 and extended by financing some projects: "Urania FM", the station's founder S.R.L. TV "NTS", presented the project of "Жив извор" (fountain of the living), to the "promotion of national cultural heritage and promote the culture of ethnic minorities ' languages.
"NTS" was to achieve 10 broadcasts in Bulgarian language with subtitles in the State language, lasting 20 minutes each. Were made 9 of 10, but with a longer duration of 20 minutes, the time initially.
Under the draft, the TV "NTS" was to achieve a total volume of emission of 3 hours and 20 min., but realized with volumes of broadcasts four hours 08 minutes 53 sec..
     "Bizim Aidinic" S.R.L., founder of television station "ATV", presented the project "ghegelear ciogiuclar Ii" (good night, children), in the section "programs/about/for children and youth".
"ATV" following to achieve 8 shows in the Gagauz language, with a length of 30 minutes each. Were conducted 10 duration shows lower than expected.
Under the draft, the tv station ATV "following" an emission volume of 4 hours, but realized with volumes of broadcasts 6 hours 45 min. 26 sec. "Pro" S.R.L., the founder of the post "Media TV", presented the project "Ecological Time" under "themes of public interest: ecological environment."
"Media TV" was to achieve 12 broadcast of each 60 min. each. All issues have been carried out.
Under the draft, the post "Media TV" was to achieve a volume of emission of 12 hours, but realized with volumes of broadcasts 14 hours 19 min. 28 sec. "GURINEL" S.R.L., founder of television station "TV Gurinel" presented the project "children's Agenda", in the section "programs/about/for children and youth".
"Gurinel TV" was to achieve 16 shows, with duration of 60 minutes each. Have been made 21 shows, some with a shorter than expected time initially, and others with a longer duration.
     Under the draft, the tv station "Gurinel TV" was to achieve a volume of emission of 16 hours, but realized with volumes of broadcasts 17 hours 48 min. 36 sec. "ML-COM S.R.L., founder of television station" TV "Triumph, presented the project of the" youth in action ", in the section" programs in the public interest ".
"Triumph-TV" was to carry out 15 shows of 30 minutes each. For the implementation of the project has been allocated an amount of 60,000 lei.
It should be mentioned that the broadcaster was submitted on 22 December 2015, copies made and broadcast programs and financial report statement of expenditure. Late submission of registrations has made an examination of the balance sheet report to be postponed to a subsequent public meeting, actually accepted by consensus by members of the CCA.
"ALBASAT" S.R.L., founder of "Albasat TV station-TV", presented the project "information and education for citizens", to the "public interest" programs.
"Albasat TV" was to carry out 15 shows "realities and perspectives", with the duration of 30 minutes each. All issues have been carried out.
Under the draft, the post "Albasat TV" was to achieve an emission volume of 7 hours 30 min. which was achieved with volumes of broadcasts 8 hours 00 min. 27 sec. "TV" EURONOVA S.R.L., founder of television station "TV" EURONOVA, presented the project of the "Young generation-a look towards the future of the country", in the section "programs/about/for children and youth".
"TV EURONOVA" was to carry out 15 shows of 30 minutes each. All issues have been carried out.
Under the draft, the tv station "TV" EURONOVA was to achieve an emission volume of 7 hours 30 min. which was achieved with volumes of broadcasts 7 hours 40 min 08 sec. "TV" EURONOVA S.R.L., founder of the radio station "FM" Euronova, presented the project of "Health comes first", section "themes of public interest".
"Euronova FM" was to be carried out 40 shows, lasting 20 minutes each. Were conducted with 40 shows a longer duration.
Under the draft, the radio station "FM Euronova" was to achieve an emission volume of 13 hours 20 min., but realized with volumes of broadcasts 13 hours 43 min. 26 sec. "LV-Topal" S.R.L., founder of television station "TV" Bass, presented the project of the "Молодежный" section квартал "programs/about/for children and youth".
"Bass" was to be performed 12 shows, lasting 25 minutes each. A total of 12 shows were made with a longer duration.
Under the draft, the tv station "Bass" was to achieve a volume of emission of 5 hours, but realized with volumes of broadcasts 5 hours 10 min. 47 sec.
     "Cheers" TV station S.R.L., the founder of "Cheers", presented the project of the "Dowry" to the Nation "promotion of national cultural heritage and values."
Following the broadcaster to carry out 40 shows of 60 min each.
It should be mentioned that according to the decision by ABOUT No. 40/202 of 3 December 2015, BCC granted him "good luck" S.R.L., founder of "cheers" TV station, an additional period up to 31.12.2015 in order completion "behind the scenes" people.
As a result of public debate under the broadcasting code no. 260 from BCC is supervised, status, approved by Decision No. 433 from 28.12.2006 the Parliament decision, CCA No. 136 of 12 September 2013. 158 of 26 September 2013. 165 of 24 October 2013 No. 194 of 18 December 2014, the audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. To take note of the audiovisual programmes presented by broadcasters and declare the competition (PRO-(6)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, m. OBI-HADIRCA, c. MÎŢU, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, O. GUŢUŢUI).
2. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise general direction and monitoring licensing, authorisation and Service Economics, finance and accounting.
3. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
