18-19 November 2015 was carried out the activity of the following distributors of services in districts of Orhei and Ungheni, Telenești: "Tele," Luci "JELANSTE S.R.L." S.R.L., "METICAL" S.R.L., "CAZMAREX", "CosComSat S.R.L.", "TEODAD" S.R.L. S.R.L., GRIRIMAR-TV "" Vertamar S.R.L. "," Î.P.C. "S.R.L. and INTERSERVICII S.R.L." as a result of the inspection, have been found deviations from the law in force at the enterprises : "Tele," Luci "JELANSTE S.R.L." CAZMAREX S.R.L. "," TV "CosComSat" S.R.L., S.R.L., "TEODAD" S.R.L., "GRIRIMAR-TV" Î.P.C. "S.R.L. and INTERSERVICII S.R.L." i. Î.P.C. "INTERSERVICII" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "Inter" TV. Ungheni) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000198 from 10.02.2015 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 7 TV channels: Euro TV Moldova, Moldova in sports, Феникс + Кино, Gurinel TV, Other TV and Авто 24;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV channels: TV and Vocea Basarabiei НТВ Плюс Наше новое кино.
II. "JELANSTE" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "JELANSTE-TV" in the village of Piatra, Orhei) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000204 from 03.07.2015 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 2 TV stations: Канал 5 and Euro TV;
-outside of the offer is relayed Мир ТВ station.
III. "TEODAD" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "TEO" of Sărătenii Vechi, Telenești) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000124 from 15.10.2010 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 3 TV channels: nit, Alt TV and Euro TV;
-outside of the offer is relayed TV station Vocea Basarabiei.
IV. "CAZMAREX TV" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "CAZMAREX TV" from Negureni, Telenești) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000139 from 19.04.2011 (annex 1). Namely:-offer the services of approved programs is not retransmitted 1 TV channel: Euro TV.
V. "GRIRIMAR-TV" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "SC-TV" in Scorțeni, Telenești) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000178 from 28.06.2013 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 2 TV stations: Euro TV Moldova and Reindeer;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV: reality TV and RTR Moldova.
Vi. "CosComSat" S.R.L. (the founder of the Studio Select "TV" in the village of Mitoc, Orhei) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000149 from 30.09.2011 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 2 TV channels: TV XXI and Спорт 2;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV stations: Моя Планета and Илюзион +.
VII. "Tele Lal" S.R.L. ("foundress" OTV TV Studio. Orhei) does not comply with the conditions of the Authorization relay series AB nr. 000194 from 12.06.2014 (annex 1). Namely: the analog Package-offer of services programs approved are not retransmitted 3 TV channels: Channel M zone, Regional and Беларусь 24;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV stations: Euro TV and UTV.
Digital package-offer of services programs approved are not retransmitted 4 TV stations: Ребенка M, Улыбка Area, DW and РБК;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV stations: NGC and Euronews.
During the meeting, as a result of public debates, CCA members have prompted businesses "JELANSTE S.R.L.", "TEODAD", "CAZMAREX S.R.L." S.R.L., "GRIRIMAR-TV" "CosComSat" S.R.L., S.R.L. and Tele Lal "S.R.L. on the need of strict respect for the supply of programmes retransmitted approved by CCA.
At the same time, members have requested that notifications service distributors with respect to modifying the supply of programmes retransmitted to comply with the time-limits laid down by law, as well as to inform the CCA about the technical problems encountered and other circumstances that lead to the exclusion or inclusion of TV stations in the tender.




In the light of the findings and, in accordance with art. 28, 29, 37, 38, 40 of the broadcasting code and art. 36 para. (2) of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits relay, CCA

DECIDES: 1. To apply the public warning Î.P.C. Enterprise "INTERSERVICII" S.R.L., founder of TV Studio "Inter" TV. Ungheni, according to art. 38 para. (2) (a). (e)), para. (3) (a). the broadcasting code), for derogations from article. 28 para. (1) of the broadcasting code, art. 36 para. (2) of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits relay and failure to comply with point 1.4, 2.2, 3.1, lit. (b) the retransmission consent series AB nr. 000198 from 10.02.2015 and annex 4. 1 authorization, issued Î.P.C.  "INTERSERVICII" S.R.L. (PRO-(8)-UNANIMOUS hammer, c. MÎŢU, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, O. BARBALATA, A. CASTILLO, O. GUŢUŢUI, D. VALENTINO).
2. Î.P.C. "INTERSERVICII Enterprises", "JELANSTE" S.R.L. S.R.L., CosComSat "S.R.L.", "TEODAD" S.R.L., "GRIRIMAR-TV" S.R.L. "and" Tele S.R.L. will curb Lakovic immediately relay TV stations which are not provided for in the offer of services for programs retransmitted approved.
3. Direction control and digitalization will perform repeated checks on undertakings and representations relating to the verification of this decision.
4. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction control and digitalization and economics, finance and accounting.
5. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
