To execute the Moldovan Government decision nr. 48 from 19.01.2001 "About approving the creation of the National Geodetic Network", a R D a N: 1. to approve:-regulation on the transition to the global coordinate system of reference and cartographic projections;
-Instruction on creation of the National Geodetic Network;
-Instruction on creation of the national network by weight.
2. These enactments are binding on all subjects of geodetic and cartographic activity in Moldova regardless of departmental affiliation.
3. Institute "INGEOCAD" aa multiply how many 30 copies each of the regulatory acts nominated and will Fund State Geodetic Cartografo-of the Agency, for their subsequent use.
4. payment shall be made according to the estimate of expenditure from budgetary funds approved by the valorization program of works performed by the Institute "INGEOCAD" for 2001 (Contract No. 384 from 25.01.01 cartographic material "Ripping").
5. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of the Directorate of Geodesy and Cartography State Agency for land relations and Cadastre-Mrs. Mary Ovdii.
