Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - Moldova accepts the Statute of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, adopted in The Hague on 31 October 1951.
Art. 2. - The government will take the necessary steps to implement the provisions of that status.
Art. 3. - In accordance with Art. 7 of status nominated the Ministry of Justice is designated as a national body to facilitate communication between the conference members and the Standing Bureau.
Art. 4. - Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration will prepare and ensure the delivery instrument of acceptance of that status Government of the Netherlands.
