In accordance with the provisions of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, status, approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and the CCA Decision nr. 127 from 26.12.2007, CCA DECIDES: 1. To conduct monitoring programe services regarding compliance with chapter "code of conduct" within the broadcaster shows/talk shows with analytical character to television broadcasters: "Moldova 1" (live), "Prime" (Replica), ' Publika TV ' (Fabrika), "channel 2" (theme of the day), "4" (the fourth Power), "TV 7" (politics), "PRO TV CHISINAU" (in depth) ' Jurnal TV ', (expertise), "access" (1 + 1), "reality TV" (Честно говоря) and "nit" (Вечерний разговор), during the period 18-24 January 2016 (PRO-(7)-UNANIMOUS hammer, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
2. control of the execution of this decision, it shall carry out the monitoring Direction.
