    Parish Council Secretary Razeni community, Ialoveni rayon, referred the matter to the Central Election Commission about the State of incompatibility of advisers list Gurau Eugeniu elected political party "people's Anti-mafia Movement" and Șapco Vladimir chose the list of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova. The appeal shall be accompanied by documents which show that, as of July 17, 2015, Mr. Eugeniu Gurau holds the position of Deputy Mayor of the village, and the Lord Șapco Razeni, starting February 16, 2015, exercising the function of a specialist in issues of youth and sport within the Town Hall the commune Razeni.
After examining the documents submitted, in respect of these persons state of incompatibility laid down in article 21. 7 para. (1) (a). a) and c) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, which provides that the mandate of local elected officers, is incompatible with the status of person with dignity; public servant, an employee in the subdivisions of local public administration authorities (mayoralties from rayon, presidential, House and the prices of the Chisinau municipality, directions, sections and other divisions).
Thus, in accordance with article 5. 8 para. (1) of the law cited, the one that is located in one of the cases of incompatibility will resign as incompatible with its mandate or the lodge held its mandate within 30 days after the occurrence of the incompatibility.
Given the fact that Mr. Eugeniu Șapco Gurau and Mr. Vladimir had not resigned from one of the incompatible functions within that period, the Central Election Commission shall decide on the lifting of the warrants of the Adviser; 8 para. (21) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, at the request of the person concerned.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council of their alternate candidates Razeni Buffalo Nicolai's list of political Party "people's Anti-mafia Movement" and on the Badaro Ladner of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova. Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 26 June 2015 Ialoveni.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2) paragraphs 1 and 2, 22. (1) (a). u) and 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). (c)), para. (3) and (31), art. 7 para. (1) (a). a) and (c)) and art. 8 para. (21) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 and in accordance with paragraphs 21, 24 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Amounts in connection with the incompatibility of the function, the terms of Office of Councillors elected on list Gurau Eugeniu political party "people's Anti-mafia Movement" and Șapco Vladimir chose the list of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova in the communal Council Razeni.
2. assign mandates to the Parish Council Razeni community, Ialoveni rayon, alternate candidates list Buffalo Nicolai political party "people's Anti-mafia Movement" and on the Badaro Ladner of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. Nikolai preavizează and Buff advisors Bodiu Lahey on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in its case.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
