Following the examination of the application for license updating Insurance Company "DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" SA (bd. Moscow 15/7, mun., IDNO 1002600020908) on the inclusion of new addresses and exclusion addresses other activity by licensed the annex to the license under article 8 c) and article 25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova 2007, nr.117-126 BIS), Art. 14 (6) and para. (7), Article 15, Article 18 para. (6) and para. (8) of the Act nr.451- XV of 30.07.2001 "on regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.26-28, art.95)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:

1. It offers to change the license of the Insurance Company "DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" SA series nr.000842 NCFM issued on 29 March 2011, indefinitely, for the right to carry out insurance activities (insurance), by substituting the annex to the license:
a) inclusion of the following addresses to conduct the licensed activity:
- str. Mitropolit Varlaam No. 48, mun. Chisinau
- Str. Sovereignty No. 8, or. Cimişlia;
B) the exclusion of work addresses the following licensed:
- Str. 31 August 1989 No.108 / 1 mun. Chişinău.
2. The fee for updating the license in the amount of 585 lei and the fee for the issuance of two copies of the license in the amount of 1170 lei paid into the budget supervisory authority.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
