In accordance with point 9 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of health, structure and maximum staff of its central administration, approved by Government decision No. 397 from 31.05.2011, with subsequent amendments and additions, a R D a N: 1. Order No. 995 of 22 December 2015 "on the registration of bio destructive products" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 361-369, art. 2706), shall be amended as follows: 1) in the order: item 1: the phrase "Pro" replace Indicin "Incidin Pro";
the phrase "replaces" Indicin Liqiud "Incidin Liquid";
2) in the annex, item 13: the phrase "Liquid" Indicin shall be replaced with the phrase "Incidin Liquid";
2. The Secretary of the Commission of experts for the recording of bio destructive products (Ms. Nadejda Baird) will ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
