Pursuant to article 1. 15 para. (6), (7) of the law No. 1453-XV of 8 November 2002 on notaries, section 34 of the regulation on mode records, preparing, preserving and teaching at the film archive of authentic instruments, approved by Government decision No. from 13.04.2009 287;
On the basis of personal notary public application F Svetlana dated 31.12.2015;
Having regard to the order No. 577 31.12.2014 from regarding the suspension of the activity of the notary public F Svetlana, a R D a N: 1. A notary public reînvesti F Saifullah (territory of activity. Chişinău) with powers the exercise of notarial activity, beginning with 18.01.2016.
2. The notary public notary seal will refund the F Svetlana.
3. The notary will score the endorsement in the State Register of notaries about resumption of activity and public notary seal refund F Svetlana.
4. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of the Directorate of legal services and the professions, The public notary.
5. This order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
