Pursuant to article 27 of the law on public finance and budgetary-fiscal responsibility no. 181 of 25 July 2014 and for the purpose of regulating and improving the mode of reflection of budget indicators In order of ORDON: Finance Minister no. 208 of 24 December 2015 "Concerning budgetary Implication" is operating the following additions: 1. In Annex No. 7 "Classification of programmes: programmes and subprogrammes": 1.1. Program 08 "General" Fields should be filled in with the next subprogram 08 editors: 07.08 "shares" of a general nature.
2. In Annex No. 8 "Classification programs: b. Activities": 2.1. New activities are introduced with the following designations: "Community Project" 70139 assessment and risk management ";" 70140 project "Creating Public Private Partnership in the field of production and delivery of heat-based biomass";
the project "Rehabilitation" 70141 Central streets and the modernisation of public lighting of the municipality Chisinau ";" 70142 project "beyond borders, music and identity between european youth";

3. This order comes into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
