Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint-stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. a), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES:

1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities under the securities put on the results of the additional issue of shares of the joint stock Company "ROADS-COMRAT" (str. Tankistov, or. Comrat, Gagauzia, on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003611010865) in the amount of 6385020 lei in 638502 number of registered ordinary shares with the nominal value 10 lei with the State registration number MD14DROM1001 at the expense of nebăneşti shares.
2. this decision shall enter into force in accordance with article 4. 22 paragraph 1. (3) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission of Financial Market".
