(12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​18 lit. c) and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It notes the holidays a warrant for Hîrjauca communal councils.
2. Is assigned mandate communal councils Hîrjauca, Calarasi district, Sergei Bejenari alternate candidate on the list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
