with regard to the dissolution of the district electoral councils village Coșernița nr. 7, Criuleni district, communal and Spoon No. 17, Cantemir district, as well as electoral precinct



Published: 05.02.2016 in Official Gazette No. 25-30 art no: 166 date of entry into force: 08.12.2015 by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 3987 on 8 September 2015, was set for Nov. 15, 2015 local elections in our village Council Coșernița, Criuleni district, Parish Council and Spoon, Cantemir district.
To organise and conduct of the local elections, in the above mentioned localities were two district electoral councils of level one and two bureaus of the polling station.
On the basis of reports on the results of voting in local elections in November 15, 2015, produced by bureaus of polling stations and of protocols regarding voting, tabulation prepared by the district electoral councils, the Central Electoral Commission summed up and brought the final results made public.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, 26 and 34 of the election code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Dissolve the district electoral councils established to organise and conduct of local elections in November 15, 2015, and polling precinct outgoing and shall be deemed dissolved.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
