By decision No. 6/14 of 2 October 2015, the communal Council Sărata-Yellow, Hincesti district, took note of the resignation of the Mayor of the commune of Sarata-Yellow in connection with incompatibility with the primary function as a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
The communal Council of Red Eye, by decision No. 08/02 of 20 November 2015, took note of the resignation of the Mayor of the commune Red Eye in relation to the worsening state of health.
Based on the material presented in the article. 18, 26 para. (1) (a). 139 n) and para. (1) (a). (b)), para. (21), para. (3) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 28 para. (2) (a). the Act No.) 436-XVI dated December 28, 2006 on local public administration and art. 5 para. (4) (a). e) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 706 13 September 2011 "on the new local elections", with subsequent amendments, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Take note of the primary mandates of the holiday in Red Eye, Anenii Noi, and Sărata commune-Yellow, Hincesti district, in conjunction with their resignation.
2. fixes for May 15, 2016 local elections of mayors Sărata commune, Hînceşti-Yellow, and the Red Eye commune, Anenii Noi district.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
