By Decision No. 209 of 20 November 2015, the Moldovan Parliament took note of the resignation of Deputy Seex elected from the Liberal Party and declared vacant the parliamentary seat that belongs to that party.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of lawmaker Lord bears Pandurangan, Alternate candidate of the Liberal Party, confirmed by the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 29 of December 9, 2014.
Pursuant to article 1. 62 from the Moldovan Constitution, art. 18, art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). t), art. 88 para. (2) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â r and t e: 1. Take note of the holidays an member of the Moldovan Parliament, attributed to the Liberal Party.
2. It is proposed to the Constitutional Court to validate the mandate of lawmaker of Moldovan Parliament Lord Pandurangan, Alternate candidate for the Liberal Party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
