Art. III pt. 1 of Law no. 164 of 11 July 2012 on amending some legislative acts published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 190-192, art. 638, instead of "in paragraph (2) a)" read "(2)" and instead of "debtor" read "the debtor".
