In accordance with art. 86 para. (2) of the Constitution and art. 10 para. (6) of Law no. 761-XV of 27 December 2001 on diplomatic service, the Government DECIDES:
accepted proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration appointing Mr Tudor Ulianovschi the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova in the Swiss Confederation in Geneva Permanent Representative of the Republic of Moldova to the UN office in Geneva, forwarding the draft Presidential decree respectively.
