In accordance with Art. 86 para. (2) of the Constitution and art. 10 para. (6) of Law no. 761-XV of 27 December 2001 on diplomatic service, the Government DECIDES:
accepted proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration on recalling Mr. Victor Moraru from the post of Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Moldova to the UN Office in Geneva and concurrently Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova in the Swiss Confederation, forwarding the draft Presidential decree respectively.
