To implement the Law on Quality in Construction no. 721-XIII of 2 februarie1996, as amended and supplemented (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, no. 25, art. 259), Law on amending and supplementing certain acts no. 129 of 11 July 2014 and regulation works design and construction of buildings, engineering installations, reconstructions, restorations practiced in basic undergraduate

ORDER:

1. To approve:
a) The list of works of design of all types of buildings, town planning, installations, public utility networks, reconstruction and restoration, which is practiced under license according to appendix. 1.
b) classification of construction of buildings and / or engineering facilities, installations and public utility networks, reconstructions, restorations, which is practiced under license in accordance with Annex No. 2.
2. Certificates issued attesting specialists and issued before the adoption of this order remain in force until the expiration date.
March. General Directorate architecture, construction and housing will publish this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Order is repealed Agency for Construction and Territorial Development No. 1 of 15 June 2006, the Ministry of Construction and Territorial Development Order no. 79 of 28 November 2008.
