In accordance with the provisions of art. "". (5) of the law on vine and wine No. 57 from 10.03.2006 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, no. 64-68, art. 193) and technical regulation "the Organization of the market in wine," which was approved by Government Hotărirea. 356 from 11.06.2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 150-159, art. 393) and on the basis of the request of the Association of the region Demarcated Wine "Codru", regarding the inclusion in the membership of the Association of undertakings from wine centres telenesti, Falesti, Raşcov, Balti, Tiraspol, Dubasari and ORDON: 1. Approving the demarcation of geographical areas in wine to produce wines with protected geographical indication "Trajan" , "Stefan-Voda" and "Codru", according to the map attached.
2. The National Office of vine and wine will assist Association of Geographic Region Demarcated Wine "CODRU" in order to accommodate the necessary changes in the instruments setting up it.
3. Order No. 3902 MAIA 105 from 10.06.2011 "regarding the approval of geographical areas in wine to produce wines with protected geographical indication".
4. This order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
5. control of the execution of the order be put in charge of the Chief Directorate for market policy in the wine sector (Mr Peter Tan).
