Pursuant to art. 88 lit. j) and art. 94 para. (1) of the Constitution, art. 6 para. (5) and (6) of the Law on public symbols and pt. 3 of the Regulation on National Army distinctions, approved by Presidential Decree no. VII-244 of 21 August 2012 Moldovan President decrees
:
Art. 1. - Medal establish "the XXV Anniversary of the National Army".
Art. 2. - To approve:
a) status Medal "XXV anniversary of the National Army" according to appendix. 1;
B) Regulation on the procedure for conferring the Medal "XXV anniversary of the National Army" according to appendix. 2;
C) model pass related Medal "XXV anniversary of the National Army" according to appendix. 3.
Art. 3. - Medal "XXV anniversary of the National Army" recorded in Armorialul General of Moldova.
Art. 4. - The defense ministry will finance the manufacture Medal "XXV anniversary of the National Army," the ticket related to the replacement strap and padded box from and within budget ministry approved the current year.
