Pursuant to art. 88 lit. j) of the Constitution, art. 6 para. (5) of the Law on public symbols and art. 42 para. (2) of the Law on the Protection and Guard Service State Moldovan President decrees
:
Art. 1. - The following set of symbols Corporate Protection Service and State Security:
a) heraldry:
- emblem according to appendix. 1;
- Corporate color according to appendix. 2;
B) insignia vexillology:
- the flag according to appendix. 3;
- Banner director of the Service, according to appendix. 4;
- Banier of dressing according to appendix. 5;
C) insignia uniformitarian:
- left sleeve badge for uniform parade protection officer according to appendix. 6;
- Left sleeve badge for the officer's uniform, protection, according to appendix. 7;
- Badge of belonging corporate attire civil protection officer according to appendix. 8;
- Individual identification badge number of the officer protection according to appendix. 9;
- Cockade for the general helmets Protection Service and State Security, according to appendix. 10;
- Cockade for protective helmets officer, according to appendix. 11;
- Epaulet badge for uniform protection officer according to appendix. 12;
- Embroidery designs for uniform protection officers according to appendix. 13.
Art. 2. - corporate symbols mentioned in art. 1 is recorded in Armorialul General of Moldova.
Art. 3. - To approve:
a) Rules on the use of the emblem, flag, Banier of dressing and corporate color of the Protection and State Guard, according to appendix. 14;
B) Regulation standard of Director of Protection and State Guard, according to appendix. 15.
Art. 4 - It is repealed Presidential Decree no. 1264-II of 23 December 1999 granting a battle flag.
