Pursuant to art. 30 para. (1) of Law no. 595-XIV of 24 September 1999 on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 24-26, art. 137), as amended and supplemented,
is issuing this

ORDER:

1. To bring to public knowledge the following:
a. On 22 September 2011 entered into force Memorandum of Understanding between the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Republic of Moldova and National Bureau of Investigation of Finland on cooperation in exchange of financial information relating to money laundering and terrorist financing, signed in Yerevan 12 July 2011, approved by Government Decision no. 667 of 12 September 2011. The text of the Memorandum of Understanding is attached.
B. On 31 August 2014 and no longer valid Protocol between the Ministry of Education of Moldova and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on cooperation in education for the academic years 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 Chisinau, 29 June 2010 (special edition of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova "International Treaties", 2015, vol. 47, p. 452).
C. On October 4, 2015 came into force Administrative Arrangement for the implementation of the Agreement between Moldova and Lithuania in social protection, signed in Chisinau on 1 October 2014. The text of Administrative Arrangement is attached.
D. On June 1, 2016 came into force Agreement between Moldova and the Netherlands on privileges and immunities of liaison officers posted at Europol Moldova signed at The Hague 22 July 2014, ratified by Law no. 54 of April 1, 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 249-255, art.1207).
E. On June 2, 2016 came into force Understanding drawn up by exchange of notes on error correction in the Protocol Implementation Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Kazakhstan on readmission of persons residing illegally, signed in Chisinau on 7 Astana in April 2016 and 2 June 2016. the text of the Arrangement is attached.
F. On June 16, 2016 came into force the Protocol on amendments to the Agreement between the Moldovan and Russian governments on mutual protection of secret information of 23 April 2003, signed in Chisinau on 9 October 2015 and in Moscow on 3 February 2016 approved by Government Decision no. 505 of 25 April 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 114-122, art. 560).
G. On June 17, 2016 came into force Memorandum of Cooperation on European Integration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, signed in Chisinau on 8 April 2014. The text of the Memorandum is attached.
H. On June 23, 2016 came into force the Agreement between the Government and the Government of Kazakhstan on the readmission of persons residing illegally, signed in Minsk on September 2, 2015, ratified by Law no. 56 of April 7, 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 128-133, art. 266).
I. On June 23, 2016 came into force the Protocol Implementation of the Agreement between the Government and the Government of Kazakhstan on the readmission of persons residing illegally, signed in Minsk on September 2, 2015, ratified by Law no. 57 of April 7, 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 128-133, art. 268).
J. On October 24, 2016 will come into force the Protocol to the 1979 Convention on Transboundary Air Pollution long distances on long-term financing of the cooperative program for monitoring and evaluation of the long range transmission of air pollutants in Europe (EMEP), adopted on Geneva on 28 September 1984 by the Republic of Moldova joined by Law no. 215 of December 3, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 38-42, art. 83).
2. Publish this order, accompanied by the text of the treaties listed in paragraph 1 letter a, с, e, g, in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
