1. Working Group established to negotiate technical and financial humanitarian aid (hereinafter - humanitarian aid) granted by the Romanian Government and approved its nominal composition as follows:

2. The working group will take the actions necessary to facilitate the following objectives:
initiation, conduct and completion of the procedures for receiving humanitarian aid by the Romanian Government;
Identification, where applicable, the actions needed to be taken to draw up taking over humanitarian aid and other acts necessary for its validation.
March. Working Group Chairman empowers you to sign the minutes of the meeting negotiations.
4. It states that:
if released to the study group members from their duties, their powers will be exercised by newly-appointed persons in the respective positions without a new provision;
If necessary, leader of the Working Group may draw its activity and other specialists in public administration authorities.
May. Control over the execution of this provision shall be the responsibility of the Ministry of Economy.
