After examining the application and materials submitted, pursuant to article 94 and article 95 of law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), and article 69 and article 79 of the civil code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 82-86, 661) and law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova , 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. the reorganization of the company is authorised "ANTICOR-ELECTRO JSC Orhei Barrier (5/4, mun. 1004600026144, on WHOSE BEHALF) by dismemberment (separation) with transmission of part of the existing companies ' heritage LIVAL-active "S.R.L. (on WHOSE BEHALF 1003600135351) and" BURDIM "S.R.L. (on WHOSE BEHALF 1015600012590).
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
