For the purpose of regulating the conditions and modes of financial support of the activity of political parties, establishing the procedure for the submission of reports on the financial management of political parties, and to grant a reasonable period for adjustment of the operating activity of the political parties at the new rules on the collection of contributions and their records, pursuant to art. VII, para. (3) and (4) of law No. 36 from April 9, 2015 for the modification and completion of some legislative acts and of art. 18, 22, 26 of the election code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. To be approved, pursuant to annex II, Regulation on the financing of the work of political parties.
2. Political Parties shall bring their national laws into line with the regulation on the financing of the work of political parties.
3. this decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2016, with the exception of the provisions of section 87 lit. the regulation on financing) from the activity of political parties which will be implemented from January 1, 1988, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
