Communal Council Lalova, Rezina, decision no. 10/8 of 5 November 2015 raised in connection with absence without valid reason from three consecutive meetings of the council, Nikolai Nikolaev mandate of elected Democratic Party ticket. It became vacant mandate assigned counselor party nominees.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the mandate of municipal councils Lalova rests alternate candidate on the list Nikolaev Gregory Democratic Party, confirmed by Rezina Court decision of 26 June 2015. In awarding the mandate to into account the statements of deputy candidates Josan Olga Lungu Tudor Popovici Valerii and that they refuse to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) and 133 para. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​18 lit. c) and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It notes the holidays a warrant for Lalova communal councils.
2. Is assigned mandate communal councils Lalova, Rezina, Gregory Nikolayev alternate candidate on the Democratic Party ticket.
March. It preavizează adviser Gregory Nikolayev on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
