In order to implement the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Romania concerning mutual assistance for cross-border interventions in case of medical emergencies, approved by Government decision No. 258 of 4 April 2014, the Government decision No. 994 of 10 December 2014 "on approval of the plan of implementation of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Romania concerning mutual assistance for cross-border interventions in case of medical emergencies" and in order to identify and establish actions to be undertaken, if necessary, for the repatriation from Romania to Moldova or Romania from Moldova in cadavers of patients for which it was requested and granted aid and which have been transported in the State , which granted the aid, the intervention teams/structures/emergency medical crews land airline during interventions in the framework of implementation of the agreement and subsequently died in the territory or in medical institutions of the State concerned, CATEGORIZE: 1. Approving the procedure for repatriation of the bodies, pursuant to the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Romania concerning mutual assistance for cross-border interventions in case of medical emergencies in accordance with annex.
2. Heads of authorities responsible for organizing and maintaining the cooperation referred to in this Procedure, they will bring to the attention of the herd and the requirements of this order will ensure enforcement of its provisions in their daily activity.
3. The Ministry of finance, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of health will be scheduled in the annual budgets, financial sources necessary for implementation of the own present order.
4. This order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
