Government DECIDES:
1. Approved and presented to Parliament for information Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and Romania on mutual protection of classified information, signed on 5 June 2015 in Chisinau on 21 July 2015.
2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Romanian Government will notify the approval of the said agreement.
March. Intelligence and Security will take the necessary measures to ensure achievement of the agreement nominee.
