Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with section. 11:29 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with requests for resignation, mandates elected councilors Dubceac Nicolai list of the Liberal Democratic Party and particularly Alexander Pisaniuc list political party "Our Party" in Maximovca Village Council.
2. It assigns mandates Maximovca village councils, district Noi, Irina Telesniţcaia alternate candidates on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party and Liudmila Bogdanov from the list of political party "Our Party".
March. Irina is preavizează Telesniţcaia advisers and Liudmila Bogdanov on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
