By decision no. 4326 of 20 November 2015, the Central Election Commission has raised in connection with the resignation, Tudor Tertea mandate of elected Democratic Party ticket in Floresti District Council. At that time the Commission was unable to assign a council mandate alternate candidates on the party list nominees because in the decision validating the alternate candidates to Floresti City Court has upheld a clerical error consists of writing incorrect name and surname of the candidate alternate. Subsequently, Floreşti District Court issued ruling of December 7, 2015 which corrected the material error.
On 30 December 2015 Floreşti District Council Secretary of the Central Election Commission submitted the resignation of councilor Valeriu Nichiforciuc elected Democratic Party list, and the documents required mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission mandates advisor in their respective Floreşti District Council deputy candidates Vasilache Nina and Vera Crivorucica on the list of Democratic Party, confirmed by the Court's judgment of 23 June 2015 Floreşti | || under art. 18, art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with section. 11:29 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, Valeriu Nichiforciuc mandate of elected Democratic Party ticket in Floresti District Council.
2. It assigns mandates adviser Floreşti District Council deputy candidates Vasilache Nina and Vera Crivorucica on the list of Democratic Party.
March. It preavizează advisers Vasilache Nina and Vera Crivorucica the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
