On 10 December 2015 the Moldovan Prosecutor General's letter no. 28-1d / 15-452 from 04.12.2015, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council has received for review and comment the draft law on the personal liability of members of collegial bodies.
Submitted project is designed to ensure the achievement pt. 32 of the Action Plan for the years 2014-2015 on the implementation of national anti-corruption strategy for 2011-2015, approved by Parliament Decision no.
76 of 16 May 2014. The draft law on the personal liability of members of collegial bodies aimed at creating the legal framework regulatory mechanism facilitated the identification of persons responsible for the decisions taken by collegiate bodies of public entities. This law is to create a favorable legal framework for the investigation and prosecution of members of the collegial legal decisions taken in carrying out their duties falling within the laws. The provisions of this law apply to the members of the collegial decisions that are enforceable for other persons or bodies, except for decisions in disciplinary proceedings examined the collegial bodies.
Same time, changes in the Broadcasting Code art. 48 para. (3) after the words "vote" is filled with the words "nominal" and finally completed with the text: "Working meetings CCA and the vote expressed by each of its members shall be recorded in the minutes of meetings Council ".
After reviewing the nominated project, given the public debate, pursuant to Art. No 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code. 260 of 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA, approved by Decision no. 433 dated 28.12.2006 of the Parliament of Moldova, the Coordinating Council of Audiovisual DECIDED

1. To approve and present Moldovan Prosecutor General's Opinion on the draft law on the personal liability of members of collegial bodies (PRO - (7) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, O. Gututui C. Mitu ONCEANU-Hadirca M. and D. VICOL).
2. Control over execution of this Decision exercised Legal and regulations.
