By decision No. 4359 December 2015, Central Electoral Commission raised Gore's Adviser's mandate Ghenadie chose party Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova in Criuleni District Council. On December 10, 2010, at the Central Electoral Commission declaration was lodged concerning its alternate candidate consimțămîntul to assign an adviser's mandate remained vacant.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, the mandate of the CEC Council candidate bears Criuleni alternate Baby party of Dionysius the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court on 23 June 2015 Criuleni.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. the term of Office shall be assigned to Council District Criuleni Alternate candidate from the list of Baby Dionysius of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.
2. preavizează Baby Dionysius Adviser on the obligation to respect the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
