Secretary of Perjei Valley village, Cimislia Central Election Commission has submitted the resignation of councilor elected on the list Calincov Stepan Electoral Bloc "Moldova European People's Platform - Iurie Leanca" and documents necessary mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the office of councilor in Valley Village Council Perjei lies Mardare Nicolai alternate candidate on the list of the electoral bloc "People's Platform of European Moldova - Iurie Leanca", confirmed by the Court's judgment Cimişlia 26 June 2015. the mandate award took into account the statement of the candidate on the list Ion Stibelschi alternate nominated bloc, which it refuses mandate advisor award.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision nr.1931 of April 23, 2013 Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Calincov Stepan Electoral Bloc "Moldova European People's Platform - Iurie Leanca" in Valley Village Council Perjei.
2. It assigns council mandate in Valley Village Council Perjei, Cimislia Mardare Nicolai alternate candidate on the list of the electoral bloc "People's Platform of European Moldova - Iurie Leanca."
March. Nicolai is preavizează Mardare adviser on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
