Pursuant to art. 35 para. (3) d) of Law no. 1453-XV of 8 November 2002 on Notaries, pt. 5, 30 and 31 of the Regulation on the registration, preparation, preservation and teaching archive of notarial acts, approved by Government Decision no. 287 of 13 April 2009 pt. 7 point 1) lit.u) of Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Justice, approved by Government Decision no. 736 of 3 October 2012, and the personal application of notaries,

ORDER:

1. Changes within the activity of the notary public in Constanta Obadă Ialoveni district in mun. Chişinău.
2. It changes the activity of the notary public territory Piatac Alexandra mun. Chisinau Ialoveni district.
March. Within one month of the date of communication of this order, the notary public order and Obadă Constanta will be transmitted via a handover document archive storage and management notary activity Piatac Alexandra notary public. A copy of the document will be submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
4. Within one month of the date of communication of this order, the notary public order and Piatac Alexandra will be transmitted via a handover document archive storage and management of notarial activities notary public Obadă Constanta. A copy of the document will be submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
May. Constance Obadă notary public is invested with the right to issue duplicate and archive information taught by Alexandra Piatac notary public.
June. Alexandra Piatac notary public shall be invested with the right to issue duplicate and archive information taught by Constance Obadă notary public.
July. The control over the execution of this order shall be the responsibility of the Directorate professions and legal services.
August. This order is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
